Gastronomic Event in London

With the aim of disseminating internationally and putting value to the products of the dehesa and the montado, Extremadura Avante organizes a gastronomic event in London, which will take place next Wednesday April 24 at the Hispania restaurant in London.

This action takes place in the framework of the cross-border cooperation project "Prodehesa Montado" and is aimed at the professional public of the agri-food sector, importers, opinion makers, press, institutions, etc.

During the event, the attendees will be informed about the POCTEP project "Prodehesa Montado" and a culinary demonstration will be held in which they will work with the products from the dehesa and montado, after which they will be given to taste the dishes prepared with these delicious products among the attending public, reaching a wide diffusion of these products of the dehesa and the montado in the market.
